Where we ship

Singapore only, at present. We're preparing to extend delivery to Malaysia in future — when that launches, this policy and the Checkout page will be updated together so neither ever claims more than what's actually live.

Processing time

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM Singapore time are packed and dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM Singapore time are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Delivered within 3 working days across Singapore via our courier partners, DHL and Ninja Van. (GDEX and Citylink are also onboarded as logistics partners, ahead of future Malaysia delivery — not yet used for live orders.)

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders, currently.

Packing and verification

Every box is QR-scanned and logged before it ships, packed by hand at our Singapore warehouse, and handed directly to our courier partner — no third-party resellers involved.
