These Terms govern your use of gutgloco.com and any purchase of Spi²ro Plus made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Gutgloco is operated by VT United Enterprise, and gutgloco.com sells Spi²ro Plus — a Wellous product — as an authorised reseller.

Products
- Spi²ro Plus is a health supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a medical condition.
- All prices are listed in SGD.
- We currently ship within Singapore only.
Orders and payment
- Payment is processed at checkout via HitPay. Accepted methods: PayNow, and Visa, Mastercard and other major credit or debit cards.
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You'll receive a confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issue) and will refund you in full if we do.

Returns, replacements, and guarantee
See the separate Refund & Replacement Policy below. In short: we offer an authenticity guarantee and free 1-to-1 replacement for damaged or incorrect items — we do not offer money-back refunds based on personal results, since digestive comfort builds gradually with consistent use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation
- Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission
Intellectual property
All content on gutgloco.com (text, images, logos, the Spi²ro Plus branding) belongs to Gutgloco or its licensors (including Wellous, where applicable) and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (for example, loss of income or lost opportunities), even if we were told they might happen.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs issues, or events affecting our supplier, Wellous.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or liability arising from fraud).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
